Overview

Dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families as a professional over the last 6 years, I have always had a passion for helping others. As a person who has strived through hardships of my own and found relief in seeking counseling, I embarked on a Bachelors in psychology degree with emphasis on human development and a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling so that I could effectively offer professional service to those in need.

Throughout my studies and professional career, I have had the pleasure of working with children and families in applied behavior analysis, as well as clinical experience in addiction counseling, marriage and family counseling, parent training for autism, PTSD, and the multitude of overwhelming daily life stressors that can lead to unexpected changes.

Enhanced self awareness, self care, understanding societal norms from one location to another, developing tools for success, prolonged health and happiness are part of my philosophy.
