Overview

I provide client-centered therapy that is tailored to meet the unique needs of historically overlooked communities, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent folx, queer and trans people of color (QTPOC), children of immigrants, and clients who have experienced interpersonal trauma (i.e. child abuse, sexual assault, intimate partner violence). I strive to encapsulate my own experiences with intersecting identities to further support diverse clients by identifying counseling techniques within the framework of their cultural background, abilities, and support network.

Areas of focus:
- healing from trauma
- identity-based issues
- intersections of race, gender, & sexuality
- neurodivergency
- burnout and stress
