Overview

Lived experience is vital to the therapist-client relationship, along with trust and respect. As such, I share that I am a white, cisgendered, able-bodied, heterosexual, midfat, recovered female dieter committed to advocacy and allyship to start our relationship grounded in authenticity.

I completed my formal education journey at the University of La Verne in the Clinical-Community Psychology doctorate program. I have been licensed and providing therapy for over 10 years. I am also a lifelong learner.

I have worked with clients across the lifespan and find tremendous joy working with in the realm of women’s health. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, including fertility, birth trauma and grief/loss.

Therapy is a relationship we both choose. Sessions with me are a safe space to examine behavioral and relational patterns that no longer serve you, process their function, and find and practice reasonable alternatives that will get your needs met in your current life.
