Overview
I overcame childhood struggles and now help others as a therapist. I have a bachelor's in psychology and a master's in clinical psychology. I specialize in helping men and, in my own private practice, I specialize in helping couples as well.
I specifically help stressed out and anxious men with understanding where their anxiety comes from, learning much better ways to manage and work through it, improve their self-esteem, enhance their boundaries, and transform their relationships.
