I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with integrations of CBT/Neuro linguistic programming, Energy;Shamanic practices, art, sound, music, nature, guided meditations, imagery, as well as a seasoned Child Therapist/Play Therapist. I offer individual therapy for adults/teens and parent coaching/relationship therapy.
