Overview

I have been in the mental health and social service field for 10 years. My passion is working with adolescents and adults with complex trauma, depression and anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and borderline. When clients come to me they are often going through some of the toughest moments of their lives. They are confused, vulnerable, desperate for something to change. I take a very individualized approach and walk with my clients in partnership towards their goals, healing, a recovery. The client therapist relationship is sacred and I am so honored to have the privilege to serve you and bare witness to your story.
My expertise is with complex trauma, Borderline, depression, neurodiversity, anxiety, substance use, mood disorders, and depression. I am open to supporting highrisk clients.
