Overview

My name is Sarah Pregmon and I am the therapist behind Inner Hues PLLC. In 2021, I graduated with my Master’s in Art Therapy from George Washington University and knew I wanted to take what I learned to help others share their story through the power of art. After working in Community Mental Health for the last 2.5 years and obtaining my LPC, I decided to create my own practice driven by the need to find a work-life balance, while maintaining connections and facilitating others in their journey towards personal growth. I have 6+ years working in the mental health field, primarily working with Neurodiverse kiddos and teens, as well as children with extensive trauma histories, emotional and intellectual disabilities.
