Welcome! My name is Jennifer Lynn. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for people. I believe therapy is a healing process for individuals and those around them. Therapy takes courage, but it can lead to clarity and growth. I find joy in witnessing the courage of individuals who choose to be transparent and honest. This vulnerability leads to self-discovery and strength, allowing you to find freedom from what once held you down. I work with clients on communication strategies, challenging thought patterns, and habits to bring more joy and fulfillment to their lives.
