I have a Master's degree in Psychology from Saint Martins University. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. I am also a Child Mental Health Specialist with a background in teaching. My specialty is childhood trauma, (children and adults), grief and PTSD.I practice from a systems prospective incorporating a systemic approach. I help clients look at all aspects of life current and past, to assist them with identifying where I can support them to have fuller, more satisfying experiences and relationships. I support clients empowering themselves to make long term positive changes.
