As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 30 years of experience, I offer individual therapy via telehealth. My therapy style combines Transactional Analysis Redecision Therapy and Energy work to clear trauma. Focusing on individual, group, and family therapy. I believe that psychotherapy can help you reconnect with a part of yourself that knows there is more to life than struggle. Psychotherapy helps you discover your strengths and develop better strategies for meeting your needs. It is a structured and nurturing process that takes place within a confidential professional relationship.
