Overview

Having had the privilege of working alongside a wide array of individuals, my approach has become a constellation of theoretical orientations. I believe in potential for growth via the therapeutic relationship, and most shiningly, the beauty of human resilience. Mental health symptoms and addictions are nothing but survival skills begging to be transmuted. I lean on mindfulness and the power of its practice to retrain the brain’s most reactive pathways. Holding the present in session builds mutual trust and invites space for exploring patterned behaviors and embracing the deepest pains we construct so much of our lives to avoid. This collaboration requires a commitment to authenticity, personal awareness, and intentional risk-taking; healing is your process. I am only a facilitator.
