Overview

I obtained my license in Mental Health Counseling in 2015 and earned a Master's Degree in Psychology from Antioch University in 2010. I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Washington in 2006. During my internship at Catholic Community Services, I provided play therapy to children and families. At Compass Health, I worked with adult clients with severe mental illness, providing counseling and managing program operations.



I use various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Theory. My specialties include anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, grief and loss, relationship issues, and working with mothers of young children, adolescents, and adults.
