Overview

My goal is to teach my clients to become their own therapists.
This involves direction to teach & enhance skills, while never forgetting that my clients are the experts of themselves & their families. I am client-centered, strengths-based and solution-focused. My intention is to join with you to assist you on your journey to greater understand yourself & your relationships. I believe that my job is to listen without judgement & to do my best to understand how your mind operates (why you do what you do) to help you move towards the goal(s) that you identify to heal yourself, your relationships, &/or overcome barriers that you are aware of (or not) that have led to this point. I am always happy to include an energetic/ spiritual perspective in my therapy approach, or not; whatever you prefer.

I have been a therapist since 2009. I worked for 10 years at Community Mental Health agencies before moving to Private Practice. I work with kids and adults; individuals, couples & families.
