Author of books, creator of hypnotherapy audio-tracks, and host of a podcast series on self-management, Lori's career includes a thriving private practice, community mental health work, and serving as Clinical Director at a Christian mental health residential facility. She values self-care and finds balance by spending time with family and caring for her goats with the help of her Australian Shepherd and Great Pyrenees.
