Life can be hard, but trying to figure it out on your own is even harder. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Choice Theory, Person-Centered Theory, and Positive Therapy. With a Bachelor's in Crisis Counseling and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children dealing with trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, and other psychological disorders. My goal is to help clients find their unique strengths and freedom from pain.
