I am a licensed associate mental health counselor in the state of Washington. I have a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, specializing in working with children and adults. My approach is grounded in the belief that human beings naturally move towards wholeness. I see the issues and difficulties we encounter as directional signs and teachers, rather than roadblocks.



With experience in acute psychiatric issues and community-based programs, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my practice as a Mental Health Therapist. I work with you to resolve difficult feelings and examine recurring issues in your life. My counseling approach incorporates modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and trauma narratives. Certified by the state of WA as a Child Mental Health Specialist, Geriatric Mental Health Specialist, and Disability Mental Health Specialist, I am dedicated to helping children and adults heal from trauma and achieve mental well-being.
