Overview

Hi, I'm Megan, a licensed mental health counseling associate with a Masters of Arts degree in International Disaster Psychology from the University of Denver. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University. With almost a decade of experience in the Mental Health field, I have worked in various capacities and organizations.



This includes an emotion regulation research center, an outpatient treatment organization, a non- profit organization for survivors of sexual assault, and a community health center. I have worked with clients ranging from 9 to 89 years old, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, and trauma-related symptoms. I believe in the power of providing a safe space for clients to be their authentic selves and develop sustainable coping skills. My goal is to support you on your healing journey and help you harness your inner strength.
