Overview
My work focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenging times of transitions, endings, and new beginnings. I believe therapy brings hope, happiness, and satisfaction into people's lives. As a certified substance use counselor and suicide prevention specialist, I address both individual concerns and the impact of these issues on loved ones. Collaboration is key, helping people set boundaries and open doors to connection.
Resiliency is important, and I help clients recognize growth opportunities in difficult experiences.
By developing awareness of their skills and empowering them to have more impact in their own lives, clients can take ownership of their narratives. I provide brief therapy to equip clients for future situations. Returning clients are always welcome to refresh their skills or address new concerns.
