Overview
As we suffer through life’s challenges, we may feel lost or overwhelmed, unsure how to move forward. Having a safe, non-judgmental relationship in which to explore your experiences can be deeply healing and help you to find your way.
I completed my BA in Psychology at The College of William and Mary in 1998 and my MA in Psychology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2000. I worked in foster care and child abuse prevention, and in 2018 began work as a counselor in community mental health. I started my private practice in 2021.
I work with individual adults age 18+. Additional specialties are social anxiety and assertive communication. My style is warm, validating and empowering. I also offer feedback and skills as needed, to support both self-acceptance and change. I am committed to focusing on what is most important to you with respect and compassion. Let's collaborate on your journey of healing and self-discovery.
