My specialty is strengths-based, individualized, self-determined practice with an eclectic approach to mental health therapy. I have experience with cognitive, behavioral, acceptance, and mindful therapies to help individuals work toward their chosen mental and life goals. I specialize in transitional challenges, aging, and personal development therapy. Therapy is a chance to learn, grow, and develop ways to manage mental health challenges.
