Overview

I have spent my adult life in service to others as an activist, social worker, massage therapist, astrologer and now, as a mental health therapist. It is my walk and I have developed many skills on this diverse but focused path. My approach is creative, compassionate, client centered, spiritual and holistic. While I have a lot of professional experience, I also consider myself to be a human who is still learning and practicing. I honor my expertise while also viewing myself as a partner, holding companionship with my clients on this shared journey of life and trusting in my client’s agency and authority on their experiences. As Ram Dass said, “We are all just walking each other home.”
In my counseling work, I am passionate about healing from trauma and helping clients restore trust in themselves and others, recovering authenticity and the joy of being alive.
