I work from a trauma-informed, social justice and feminist framework. I am passionate about providing collaborative care that recognizes you as the expert in your own life. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathetic environment to explore your strengths, identity and values.

I draw from a number of different frameworks and practices, such as cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy interventions, mindfulness and body based approaches, trauma and neurodiversity informed lenses, to bring in resources and tools we can explore together towards reaching your goals.

I am passionate about supporting folks who have experienced oppression and marginalization from normative society.
