I am a licensed social worker and substance use disorders professional with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology and a minor in Chemical Dependency, as well as a Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University. With over 15 years of experience, I have worked in various settings, helping both adults and adolescents. I specialize in treating PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, codependency, personality disorders, women's issues, and addiction. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and strength-based approaches tailored to your specific needs.
