Overview

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University-Central Texas. My mission as a therapist is to develop a therapeutic alliance with you. This means I will have to show you my empathy, compassion, dedication and how you can trust me at all levels. I will have to demonstrate my professional knowledge and competency. Once we have that trust between us, our therapeutic techniques can be much more powerful and effective, while working together to accomplish your goals, ease your burdens, and gain you the tools to make your life fruitful and in your control. My multifaceted experiences, over the decades, has given me insight to appreciate clients from a broader perspective. I believe in people having the ability to overcome, and the inherent uniqueness they possess. However, sometimes we need a little help along the way to keep us learning and growing as the human beings we are.
