Overview
Life is busy and you're juggling a lot of responsibilities. How you take care of and treat yourself matters. It’s hard (read: impossible) to be a good partner, parent, employee, and friend when you’re feeling depleted, overwhelmed, anxious, or sad. You are worthy of a life well-lived and the good news is you are capable of meaningful, lasting change. If your life is not going as you had hoped, we can fix that. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and received my Bachelor's degree from Boston University and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University. I have a deep level of empathy for the human experience and will help you navigate your concerns in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment. I believe in a holistic approach to counseling and will integrate different theoretical approaches based on your unique needs. I consider it a privilege to work in collaboration with you to accomplish meaningful change and instill hope for your future.
