Overview

Chronic stress and past adversity can leave us feeling disconnected—from ourselves, others, and a deeper sense of meaning. You might feel overwhelmed, emotionally numb, or stuck in patterns that don’t reflect who you truly are. These responses are not failures, but adaptations to experiences that were too much to process at the time.

Psychotherapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what’s been pushed aside. We’ll explore how the past shows up in your present—through emotion, thought, sensation, and relationship patterns. This process supports a return to wholeness.

My approach draws from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and depth-oriented traditions. I integrate body awareness, dreamwork, and symbolism, with a focus on the therapeutic relationship. I also support clients in preparing for and integrating psychedelic experiences as catalysts for insight and change.
