Overview

With 12+ years of experience, I have worked in diverse environments, empowering individuals from different cultures and backgrounds. Clinically, I have worked in inpatient and outpatient mental health programs, and socially, I have volunteered in the community. Together, we will explore how the past has affected the present and how the present can bring hope to the future. I believe in the ability of every person to make positive adjustments and changes in their life. Each human heart is unique, powerful, and full of goodness, to be celebrated and honored in its beauty and brokenness.



In psychotherapy, I utilize relational therapy, attachment theory, object relations principles, and CBT/DBT skills.
