Overview

I specialize in trauma, identity, sexuality, neurodiversity, career, and relationship issues. My approach centers on identifying beliefs, values, and behaviors contributing to distress and offering compassionate ways to manage emotions and self-acceptance. With a master's in clinical mental health counseling from Antioch University, my focus on social justice, advocacy, and community informs my work. I believe change occurs beyond the counseling room, empowering clients to create meaningful connections and live purposefully. Personally, I'm passionate about travel, yoga, and time with loved ones. As an introvert who values solitude, I also appreciate social interactions. My work as a mental health professional and advocate is fulfilling, and I'm excited to guide healing, exploration, and connection.
