I have a Master's Degree in Social Work from George Fox University, specializing in clinical practice. As a Licensed Associate Clinical Social Worker in Washington, I have experience working with adults in community mental health, addressing anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
Throughout my practice, I have worked with individuals across different life stages, helping them manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other stress-related issues.
