Overview
I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as you are—without judgment or pressure. With a background in crisis mental health, I support individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, mood disorders, and personality disorders, shaping my calm, grounded approach. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, grief, and life transitions. I’m passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community and those processing religious trauma. Using EMDR, DBT, Family Systems, and EFT, I tailor therapy to your needs for meaningful change.
My ideal client may feel overwhelmed or stuck but is open to self-exploration. I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults navigating identity, relationships, and life transitions. Sessions are supportive, conversational, and focused on building insight and practical tools for daily life.
