Overview

I have 20 years' experience providing healthcare services to a wide range of populations and specialties. In the last decade, I have provided psychiatric care as a registered nurse in inpatient psychiatric units, gaining understanding of individuals with severe mental illnesses like depression, anxiety, PTSD, and psychosis. Each individual is different in presentation and treatment goals. I am passionate about providing care that honors the individual's lived experience. Your treatment goals will guide our plan from start to finish.



We can use therapy, medication management, or both for treatment options depending on your preferences. I am a trained EMDR therapist who can utilize additional psychotherapeutic interventions when needed. I do not promote one over the other as they both have benefits and drawbacks, suitability depending on my client's needs.
