With a BS in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Oregon and a MA in Social Sciences from Pacific Lutheran University, I bring over 40 years of behavioral health experience, including therapy, group therapy, and managed care. Licensed in Washington as a Mental Health Counselor and Specialist, I'm skilled in Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, among others. My work spans diverse age groups and settings, from community mental health to supporting women and children affected by substance use. Additionally, I'm dedicated to volunteer work for the unhoused.
