Hi, I'm Janelle. Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, or trauma? Would you benefit from a compassionate presence to help support, listen, and guide you to a deeper understanding of yourself and others? My experience working with individuals, youth, and families has given me valuable insights into relationship dynamics and how the mind functions under stress, and what it needs to heal. I specialize in anxiety, depression, attachment issues, body awareness, trauma, and life transitions.

My credentials including being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), and a Mental Health Professional (MHP). I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology with an emphasis on behavioral neuroscience from the University of Montana, and a master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University.
