Hi, I'm Janelle. With a background in bodywork, natural therapeutics, and mindfulness, I aim to help others find inner peace and become aware of how trauma manifests in the body. My experience working with individuals, youth, and families has given me valuable insights into relationship dynamics. I specialize in anxiety, depression, attachment, body awareness, trauma, and life transitions.

I hold multiple credentials, including being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, a Mental Health Professional, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Natural Therapeutics Specialist. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology with an emphasis on behavioral neuroscience from the University of Montana, and a master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University.
