Overview

People might come to therapy because they are dissatisfied with where they are. You might feel as if there isn't the bandwidth to deal with the overwhelming responsibilities of day-to-day life, while simultaneously feeling as if you're not doing enough. Anxiety can isolate us from from others and our own potential. Loss can leave us with a profound loneliness. Decisions can become riddled. Indignities can sting and stay with us. Traumatic incidents are relived over and over, leaving us with a feeling we're not in control of our own minds. Navigating one's life can feel overwhelming.

I'm a client centered therapist with over 18 years of clinical experience. I provide a private and accepting space for you to explore your life. In my experience, acceptance and understanding within therapy tends to lead to change. What's really important tends to become more clear, comfort with what is distressing tends to grow, and solutions tend to be realized.
