Overview
I bring my authentic self and expressive personality to therapy sessions. Being open and honest is the basis of a trusting therapeutic relationship. With high empathy and understanding, I help people find their values and navigate what is within and outside of their control. Together, we can work towards healing and recovery.
I have a person-centered approach that believes you are the expert in yourself. We walk the path to wellness together, with you taking the lead in the direction we go. I hold a master's degree in counseling from Adler Graduate School (2022) and I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). With experience in community mental health, I have gained knowledge from diverse challenges. My integrative therapeutic style allows for individualized sessions, utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, nature-based therapies, and more.
