Making your therapy appointment is hard, but once you're here with me, you will be in a safe space and a judgment-free zone. Together, we can find solutions that work best for you. I strongly believe clients know themselves best and possess the tools to build the life they want to live. My job is to help invoke change clients want to see and guide them through this process.
I'm here to serve all walks of life, and I understand life itself can be challenging. Being Mexican-American, I have experienced disparities growing up and still to this day. I truly believe talking to someone we can confide in makes navigating life easier.
