Hello, my name is Shari DePaulo. My practice motto is: "We build by rebuilding." I specialize in Perinatal/Maternal Mental Health and parenting in the capacity of personal childhood traumas and releasing those traumas to effectively parent children ages 0-5yo. I guide individuals through psycho-social and emotional discomfort, including depression and life's challenges. I provide support and tools to help you reach your goals and improve important relationships.

I am passionate about educating birthing persons and partners and working with those struggling with perinatal depression , mood, and anxiety disorders. I am additionally trained as a Childbirth Educator, Lactation peer support counselor, Doula, Midwife Assistant, and Family Support Therapist.
