Overview

With 25 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, I specialize in treating individuals with ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders. I use objective computer testing for accurate diagnosis and monitoring of ADHD. I use a functional health approach to healthcare, addressing the mind, body, spirit, social, and environmental factors. Medication is not a long-term solution, and I help clients live their best lives without relying solely on pills. I am dual board-certified in Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health, with a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of Arizona, a PMHNP certificate from Stony Brook University, and a DNP from Frontier Nursing University. I have also taught nursing and mentored student nurse practitioners.
My name is Kathryn McNeil, also known as Kat or Dr. Kat. In my free time, I enjoy driving country backroads, tending to my garden, and playing with my two standard poodles.
