Overview

My name is Casey and I am an LMHCA in WA state. I create a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space for clients to explore their challenges. I specialize in working with survivors of cultic, religious/spiritual abuse, and the troubled teen industry. My trauma-informed approach helps individuals heal from their traumatic experiences. I also work with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, autism, and OCD. I am LGBTQ+ aligned.



I specialize in areas that promote self-awareness, personal growth, and overall well-being. I use mindfulness techniques, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and DBT when appropriate. Each treatment plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
