I am dedicated to fostering a warm, harmonious, non-judgmental and tranquil environment for my clients. This safe space allows them to open up about their mental health and well-being. I take a client-centered approach, offering quality and compassionate care to help manage and reduce symptoms related to various challenges such as adjustment problems, anxiety, depression, trauma (including racial trauma), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), relationship issues, low self-esteem, and more.

My professional qualifications include being licensed (LSWAIC) in Washington State, as well as Arizona (LMSW). In addition, I hold a Master of Social Work Degree with a Specialization in Community Mental Health from the University of Illinois @ Urbana-Champaign. With over six years of formal experience as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and over two decades in counseling, business, leadership, and management, I am well-equipped to provide an exceptional level of care.
