Education & Training: I have a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Palo Alto. Certified trauma professional, telehealth practitioner, grief informed professional, and Emotional Freedom Technic (Tapping) practitioner.



Approach to Counseling: I use an integration/eclectic, holistic approach. Meet clients without judgment, support and accompany them at their own pace, with empathy and compassion. A little bit about me: Born and raised in France, lived in the United States for over fifteen years and in South Korea beforehand. Passionate about serving others and learned the importance of mind-body connection and cultivating a nurturing, kind, and compassionate self-talk.
