I am a holistic practitioner, creating and holding a safe, transformative space for you, offering various tools, including CBT, EMDR, and somatic mindfulness. I currently hold a CSWA in Oregon, with an MSW from ASU.

I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
