The therapeutic relationship empowers individuals to regain ownership of their lives, shifting negative self-talk and other impacts of trauma, allowing for holistic healing and growth. My professional history has been dynamic across several fields of practice, including school-based triage, family support of DCYF involvement, adoption/guardian support, family reunification and preservation, crisis and law enforcement, LGBTQ support, and depression/anxiety. Providing unconditional support and a safe space to speak about difficult life experiences is what I strive to create.
