Overview

I hold the strong belief that people are perfectly imperfect. They are beautiful and spectacular but can also become stuck, unhappy and unable to live a fulfilling life. That’s where I come in.As a passionate and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my experience allows me to understand the best ways to address each client’s needs in an effective manner. I am flexible in my approach and use collaboration as the basis of my therapy. I have training in the following modalities EMDR, Solution Focused, DBT, CBT, Narrative therapy, and systemic therapy. We will work together to tailor an unique experience that fits your needs.

On a more personal note, I am the mother to five beautiful daughters! (Yes you heard that correctly!). I have been married for 15 years but have been with my husband for 20 years. My life is kept busy by my family but I am coffee addict, I love to read, and I am fluent in sarcasm! I believe that sometimes a good laugh is healing to the soul.
