I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensed in WA, TX and NE.
I bring over twenty years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have extensive training in trauma work, relationship concerns and navigating life transitions of all kinds.

My theoretical approach is trauma informed, client centered and psychodynamic. I believe all people were created for excellence and ultimately are the experts on themselves.
