Overview

Through a person-centered approach, my practice integrates empirical research and established clinical interventions to foster a treatment trajectory that preserves client autonomy and cultivates an atmosphere of collaboration. The trust and respect born out of this collaboration are at the heart of my therapeutic approach with any client. Thus, despite the reason for seeking therapy, my primary goal is to enable my clients to be independent and functionally healthy.

As a psychotherapist, I hold a Master of Science in Psychology, with additional training in Suicide Assessment, Treatment, and Management. My primary treatment modalities draw upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Much of my professional experience derives from working with individuals in intensive care settings, in addition to those who have experienced severe psychological trauma or neurocognitive conditions.
