Overview

It takes strength to seek support and you should be so proud of yourself for coming this far! Are you a higher weight woman navigating challenges such as emotional or binge eating? Do you struggle with overwhelming feelings of stress, anxiety, or low self-love/compassion/esteem? You are not alone. Many women, including myself have struggled with disordered eating, stress management, symptoms of anxiety, and loving ourselves the way we deserve. I understand the complex emotions that accompany these experiences and want to support you through this process.

I work exclusively with adult women, ages 21 plus via telehealth. I specialize in working with higher weight women, emotional/binge eating disorders, anxiety disorders, and teach skills such as mindfulness, meditation, somatic experiencing, and self-compassion.
