Overview

My therapeutic approach is based on creating a safe space for true authenticity and self-awareness. I am passionate about treating the whole person and recognize the intricate relationship between mental, emotional, and physical health. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I obtained a diploma in Integrative Healing Arts in order to educate clients on the mind-body connection, mindfulness, and complex trauma using evidence-based counseling practices in combination with holistic healing practices.

I am also a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach, and am trained in EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I integrate these various techniques to foster deep, transformative healing for individuals, couples, and families. I see counseling as a journey towards fulfillment, and I am honored to take this journey with you.
