Overview

My therapeutic approach is based on creating a safe space for true authenticity and self-awareness. I am passionate about treating the whole person and recognize the intricate relationship between mental, emotional, and physical health. In addition to a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I obtained a diploma in Integrative Healing Arts in order to educate clients on the mind-body connection and mindfulness using evidence-based counseling practices in combination with holistic healing practices.

I began my counseling experience working in early childhood development using intensive home-based family therapy. As a mother, I feel the most impactful helping parents break unhealthy family patterns that result in complex trauma. I am also trained in EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Clinical Hypnotherapy. I integrate these various techniques to foster deep, transformative healing for individuals and families.
