Overview
I am a certified trauma therapist specializing in helping individuals heal from overwhelming and relationally harmful experiences. I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and in the treatment of narcissistic abuse survivors. I provide a validating, trauma-informed space to process emotional wounds, rebuild self-trust, and strengthen boundaries.
I incorporate multiple therapeutic methods to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from attachment-focused, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and nervous system regulation approaches. I work with children (ages 8+), adolescents, and adults. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to support lasting healing and personal growth.
