Hi, my name is Kamesha and I am in the business of healing. I am currently a licensed professional counselor associate as well as a certified school counselor. I have worked in the field of education for over 9 years servicing children and adolescents from the ages of 4 to 19. As a counselor I have been trained in marriage and family therapy, play therapy, and a plethora of counseling techniques. My counseling style is a mix between person centered therapy as well as existential therapy. I specialize in clients who experience anxiety, depression, personality disorders, marital strife, and family reconnection. The goal is to experience things less frequently. I assist you with managing your life’s struggles through utilizing coping skills and reframing your thoughts.
